Do we provide remote Office space?
We only provide co-working space in the Kuala Lumpur area, it will be about RM500 to RM600 per seat per month; Elitez is able to provide free meeting area 1-2 twice a month should you visit your colleagues and have a meeting. If you need johore bahru offices, do talk to us.
How do I pay billing?
Elitez is able to bill to your SG entity for ease of payment so you do not need to incur any extra TT and FX charges. Do note that SG billings are subjected to GST. Should you preferred to be bill in RM; there will be a SST of 8% on the service fee.
What are the potential savings I can achieve from offshoring my team?
First, you need to ascertain that your firm is ready to offshore your operations and need the buy-in of the management and senior leaders. The most straightward benefits are cost savings and access to a much larger talent pool. However, SOP needs to be redesigned to accomodate a new offshore team. With enough time and effort, offshoring will reap enormous value
How to terminate staff?
We will follow the relevant malaysia laws when there is a need to terminate the employees due to staff performance issues, company restructuring or other reasons. We will advise you accordingly on the steps and costs involved. Generally, serving the required notice period in the contract or paying in lieu will be sufficient
However, it will depend on a case to case basis.
Notice period for EOR staff?
Typically, we suggest 7 days within the probation period and 1 to 2 months after confirmation of the employee.
How to ensure that we get good employees?
There is no magic formula to select the good employees; it is about having an effective and/or assessment test to select the best fit candidates for the role in your company. If the candidate is not suitable, we recommend that both sides part ways early on in the employment relationship.
How to retain the staff?
Elitez will provide general retention action plans for you to implement. You will need to budget about RM100 per month for retention and engagement welfare for your staff. This budget can be used for birthday/anniversary/spot bonus gifts.
We also recommend that you bring your Malaysian colleagues to SG to show them that they are part of a bigger organization.
Do I need to provide the laptops?
Depending on the nature of the role, you can choose to give a monthly laptop allowance for the use of their own laptop for work. Alternatively, you may like to provide your own company issued laptops.
What other benefits should I provide to my potential EOR?

I need a SG based landline or mobile phone, how do I get about it?
You can buy a prepaid SG- numbered sim card and a handphone for the employee for use
Alternatively, you can subscribe to VIOP.
How to manage the staff effectively?
It will depend on the type of roles and KPI given to the employee. Generally, you need to engage them frequently at the beginning of the employment
