This internship is designed to groom multi-skilled, leadership-ready individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute across departments. Interns will gain hands-on exposure, lead meaningful projects, and be considered for future full-time opportunities.
Rotate through HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, gaining hands-on experience across the business and a working understanding of how each function connects.
Lead or co-lead special projects and present your insights directly to senior stakeholders.
Build toward a full-time offer after graduation. Several of our current team members started as interns before moving into permanent roles.

Support daily operations and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
Identify opportunities for improvement and solve real business challenges.
Take ownership of special projects and present your findings to senior leaders.
You may rotate through HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales & Business Development, and Sustainability/ESG Projects, depending on business needs and your interests. The first 2-3 months are rotation-based, designed to let you have a feel of the whole company. After which, a project will be assigned to you.
Both. You’ll support department-specific initiatives and conduct some research, but you’ll also lead or co-lead a special project e.g. a digital revamp or ESG initiative, and present it to senior stakeholders.
Yes. The programme is designed to groom leadership-ready individuals who are considered for future full-time opportunities, and several current full-timers started as interns.
You’ll work directly with mentors and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real business operations and challenges beyond your immediate department.
This is a full-time internship, running for 24-weeks (6 months), with some potential flexibility in full-time/part-time arrangements, subject to operational needs. Ideally, we are looking for Y3/Y4 graduating students.
