It has been such a unique experience, rotating across functions and seeing how the whole business runs, while having the opportunity to connect with the directors. This internship has given me insights that the classroom could never give, such as seeing how one decision from one unit directly affects other units and the whole business as a whole.

My internship at Elitez was both enriching and rewarding, giving me clarity about my interests and a strong foundation for my career. In the Finance Department, I learned time management, teamwork, and professionalism, while being supported by approachable mentors and colleagues.

A highlight was working directly with clients and successfully recovering a long-overdue invoice, an experience that built my confidence. Within two years, I grew from intern to full-timer and eventually into a leadership role.
