    Jobseekers FAQs

What departments will I get exposure to?

You may rotate through HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales & Business Development, and Sustainability/ESG Projects, depending on business needs and your interests. The first 2-3 months are rotation-based, designed to let you have a feel of the whole company. After which, a project will be assigned to you.

Will I actually get to work on real projects, or just support tasks?

Both. You’ll support department-specific initiatives and conduct some research, but you’ll also lead or co-lead a special project e.g. a digital revamp or ESG initiative, and present it to senior stakeholders.

Is there a chance to convert to full-time after the internship?

Yes. The programme is designed to groom leadership-ready individuals who are considered for future full-time opportunities, and several current full-timers started as interns.

Who will I be working with during the internship?

You’ll work directly with mentors and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to real business operations and challenges beyond your immediate department.

What's the internship duration and schedule?

This is a full-time internship, running for 24-weeks (6 months), with some potential flexibility in full-time/part-time arrangements, subject to operational needs. Ideally, we are looking for Y3/Y4 graduating students.
