Elitez Safety Check Officers
In partnership with the
Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF)
Elitez works with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) to deploy and manage Safety Check Officers (SCOs) who are authorised to conduct household visits.
Developed in close collaboration with MSF, this initiative is designed to enhance trust, transparency, and safety in every household visit. This page serves as the official directory of authorised SCOs, allowing families to easily verify an officer’s identity during a visit.
About the Programme
Elitez hires, trains, and manages SCOs who carry out household checks to support MSF’s safeguarding efforts, including:
Ensuring the safety and welfare of young children
Supporting foster care arrangements
Conducting safety checks for adults under care situations

What is a Safety Check Officer?
An SCO is a trained professional deployed by Elitez and authorised by MSF to conduct household safety checks supporting the welfare of children, foster families, and adults under care.
How are officers trained?
SCOs receive structured training on home-visit protocols, safeguarding, confidentiality, and communication, with procedures aligned to MSF requirements.

Will my family’s information be kept confidential?
Yes. SCOs follow strict privacy protocols. Information gathered is handled in accordance with relevant guidelines and used only for safeguarding purposes.
