Social responsibility (CSR) in Elitez Group means a commitment to improving the society’s quality of life through a proactive approach to ethical behaviour, social and economic development, and environmental principles that involves not only our employees, but also our clients and the surrounding community.

Our initial CSR was stemmed from our founder’s active engagement, and it has built a foundation for our CSR initiatives since, a gamut from pure philanthropy to environmental sustainability to the active pursuit of shared value. Pride is also an occasion where we can increase political awareness of the community’s current challenges. That’s why, this year, we connect with one of our own, Ken Zhang, to learn more about his experiences, perspectives, and what he thinks the LGBTQ+ community’s future holds.

Elitez respects new mothers and their employee’s commitment to work, whether they are in-house or remote workers. Hence, we are supportive of our employees’ family building plan and hope to relieve some of their stress with the new arrangements we have such as flexible work arrangements, nursing room, mother support group, and more to come.

Elitez Group is proud to announce that we have joined the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition (CPLC) Singapore as of August 2022. CPLC Singapore is the decarbonization arm of the Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS), jointly launched by GCNS and World Bank’s CPLC. We learn to measure, monitor, and reduce our carbon emissions with LowCarbonSG. Taking action to advance the stewardship of sustainable business practices.
