Key responsibilities include-

Delivery Planning

• Ensure daily deliveries are met
• Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time
• Ensure products are delivered appropriately to ensure quality of goods during transportation
• Planning of manpower deployment and delivery routes for the team
• Ensure that delivery team inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality
• Recommend optimal transport modes, routes to improve frequency
• Analyze and resolve delivery issues in a timely fashion and outline problem recommend solution

Warehouse Planning

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise
• Ensure good quality and condition of all products, in compliance with the standards set by the Company
• Optimize warehouse space, plan and organize day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Support shipment loading & unloading activities
• Ensure practice of First-in-First-Out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability
• Ensure regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions
• Investigate and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancy, and corrective action taken to rectify mistakes on a timely basis
• Implement and execute 5S practice to ensure housekeeping and organization of warehouse is maintained to high standards
• Implement cost-efficiency processes and reduce costs in warehouse operations
• Enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety
