We expand the capabilities of organisations so that they can take advantage of business opportunities faster than their competitors.
Key responsibilities include-

Grow & expand business pipelines

Other pre-sales activities including cold-calling, cold-meetings & cold emails.

Identify and connect with potential clients
-
Prepare & craft proposals and quotations
-
Sell our services (recruitment, temporary staffing, payroll, training)

Apply various grants aligned to company’s expansion & productivity initiatives
-
Develop proposals for submission to relevant government bodies.

Conduct interviews/screenings, to find suitable candidates for clients
-
Close the deal and follow up with the necessary administrative matters such as billing clients, invoices etc
Requirements

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Sales driven and self motivated

Willing to learn and go beyond responsibility

Able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment

Competitive, Responsible and independent, with good working attitude

Outgoing with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Diploma/Degree

Fresh Graduates are welcome
Salary: ($2,200 – $3,800) inclusive of Basic + Comms + Incentive
